Sustainability Manager (m/w/d)
Your main tasks
- (Further) development of the sustainability strategy in close coordination with the management, the central departments and the corporate governance department of e.GO Mobile
- Definition, control and monitoring of targets and measures for the expansion of an emission-free company and for CO2 reduction in the entire value chain
- Function as central contact person, knowledge broker and coordinator for sustainability topics related to the value chain for electric cars
- Establishment of sustainability reporting in line with capital market requirements, in particular with collection and consolidation of data for the preparation of life cycle assessments
- Conducting analyses on ESG issues and preparing presentations for management and decision-making bodies
- Responsibility for coordinating internal and external coordination processes (e.g. with consulting firms)
- Ensuring that the requirements of external stakeholder groups (investors, capital market, NGOs, customers, etc.) are met
- Close cooperation with Marketing/PR and HR with the clear objective of successfully establishing and pursuing the sustainability strategy within the company as a permanent feature
- Introduction and implementation of the ISO 14001 standard in the company
- Implementation and calculation of life cycle analysis of produced vehicles

Your profile
- Successful completed studies (business administration, industrial engineering, environmental sciences, sustainability management or similar)
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in project management and ideally in the field of sustainability management
- Practical experience in the implementation of sustainability topics and knowledge in the field of framework standards and norms (Supply Chain Act, EU Taxonomy, Ecovadis, CDP,...)
- High affinity for the topics of sustainability, ESG, corporate governance, compliance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking skills
- Ability to work independently, creativity and a high degree of flexibility
- Assertiveness
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Very good knowledge of German and English
