Complaint Management Clerk (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

  • Complaint processing
  • Definition of measures with the specialist departments (internal and external), tracking of improvement measures (internal and external)
  • Triggering and tracking of supplier complaints and monitoring of quality-related rework
  • Quality reporting and documentation
  • Ensure flow of information to auditors
  • Supporting continuous process improvements

Your profile

  • Technical training or studies in automotive engineering
  • Good knowledge of parts and vehicle quality, in-depth knowledge of quality management and Q tools, knowledge of DIN ISO 9001 and IATF16949
  • Communication skills, ability to work in a team, assertiveness, personal responsibility, ability to work under pressure
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office, CAQ system, CAD system and ERP system
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Macedonian and Bulgarian is an advantage
