Complaint Management Clerk (m/f/d)
Your main tasks
- Complaint processing
- Definition of measures with the specialist departments (internal and external), tracking of improvement measures (internal and external)
- Triggering and tracking of supplier complaints and monitoring of quality-related rework
- Quality reporting and documentation
- Ensure flow of information to auditors
- Supporting continuous process improvements
Your profile
- Technical training or studies in automotive engineering
- Good knowledge of parts and vehicle quality, in-depth knowledge of quality management and Q tools, knowledge of DIN ISO 9001 and IATF16949
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team, assertiveness, personal responsibility, ability to work under pressure
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office, CAQ system, CAD system and ERP system
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Macedonian and Bulgarian is an advantage
