Expert Customer Service - Complaintmanagement (m/f/d)
Your main tasks
- Problem solving of end customer cases
- Management of all internal and external complaint cases
- Increase and maintain customer satisfaction as well as proactive and intensive support of existing customers and prospects
- Establishing communication with our partner network for the purpose of clarifying end customer problems
- Taking over end customer cases in cooperation with e.GO Assistance
Your profile
- Commercial training or equivalent professional experience
- Specialist knowledge of vehicle technology advantageous
- Structured and orderly work behavior, strong communication skills, ability to descalate, strong ability to work in a team. High degree of reliability
- Several years of customer service experience with complaints support
- Business fluent in German and English, language skills in French/Spanish desirable
- Good MS-Office skills, CRM experience (MS Dynamics idial)
- Willingness to travel approx. 5%
