Expert Customer Service - Complaintmanagement (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

  • Problem solving of end customer cases
  • Management of all internal and external complaint cases
  • Increase and maintain customer satisfaction as well as proactive and intensive support of existing customers and prospects
  • Establishing communication with our partner network for the purpose of clarifying end customer problems
  • Taking over end customer cases in cooperation with e.GO Assistance

Your profile

  • Commercial training or equivalent professional experience
  • Specialist knowledge of vehicle technology advantageous
  • Structured and orderly work behavior, strong communication skills, ability to descalate, strong ability to work in a team. High degree of reliability
  • Several years of customer service experience with complaints support
  • Business fluent in German and English, language skills in French/Spanish desirable
  • Good MS-Office skills, CRM experience (MS Dynamics idial)
  • Willingness to travel approx. 5%
