Immediately upon receipt of your application, you will receive a confirmation email with the approximate processing time.

Confirmation of receipt

After receipt, your application will be checked intensively. Please give us some time - we will contact you as soon as we have a feedback for you.

Step 3

Review of your application

If your application has convinced us, you will receive an invitation to an interview. This can take place either directly in person or first virtually (MS Teams), depending on the position to be filled. 
The personal interview will take place at one of our two locations.
The interview is usually attended by the specialist department and an HR Business Partner. You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself and ask us questions.
If any questions remain unanswered after the interview, you will be invited to a further interview, possibly with additional interview partners. 
Depending on the area for which you are applying, we will offer you a short "taster working day".

Invitation to the interview

If you have convinced us, you will receive a confirmation by phone.

Offer

If e.GO was also able to convince you, we will send you the employment contract documents and discuss them with you. If we agree, we will prepare your start with us.

Employment contract

One to two weeks before you start, you will receive a welcome e-mail from us with all the important information about your first day at work. We are looking forward to meeting you!

Your first day usually starts with an onboarding event. There you will receive general information and the first necessary training. Afterwards, you will be introduced to your new department.

Next.e.GO Mobile SE, headquartered in Aachen, is a manufacturer of electric vehicles and sustainable mobility systems. On the RWTH Aachen Campus, 370 employees of Next.e.GO Mobile SE take advantage of the unique network of science and business with 420 technology companies and a comprehensive research infrastructure. Agile teams are working on various cost-effective and particularly durable electric vehicles for short-haul traffic.

Job ads

Our R&D team implements our vehicle projects with the help of a cross-divisional development process. Employees experience all stages from concept development to series production support and thus gain a complete insight into the vehicle development cycle. It is important to us that all employees gain a high level of understanding of the vehicle as a whole by working closely with colleagues at their technical interfaces. 
We are continuously looking for new colleagues for our R&D team who can support us with their technical know-how to further advance our overall products.



Technical development

We produce the e.GO Life in our fully networked and digitized microfactory - fully in line with Industry 4.0. Employees in production and logistics therefore find a highly modern working environment. 
There are no assembly lines; instead, so-called Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) drive the vehicle chassis from station to station within the assembly line. These are networked with each other and with other equipment in the factory. All data from production is evaluated in real time so that we can control the factory intelligently. 

Production & Logistic

In the areas of digitalization, including IT and Digital User Experience (DUX), we are constantly developing the company's portfolio of digital products to connect our vehicles, customers and the company with each other and with their environment. 
Based on an end-to-end software architecture (Internet of Production) and state-of-the-art software technology, we are working to transform the way cars are produced and urban mobility is used through digital innovation.

Digitization

Our marketing, PR and sales teams ensure open contact at eye level with our prospects, customers and the e.GO community at all times. 
You can meet us not only in the office, but also in the digital world, for example on our social media channels. We are also regularly on the road at our events, in our brand stores and at our roadshows.

Marketing & Sales

Our after-sales team is responsible for all vehicle matters after the sale. This includes the processing of all warranty cases as well as the planning and implementation of service campaigns. The continuous expansion of the workshop network and the support of the service partners also fall within our area of responsibility.
Furthermore, we ensure serviceability by developing technical documentation (e.g. repair instructions), diagnostic tools and the right portfolio of spare parts. These enable the cost-efficient and fast maintenance as well as repair of our vehicles. 

After Sales

The support functions at e.GO cover various central areas within the company, including the Finance, HR and Legal departments. 
In the area of finance, we advise and support the Executive Board and the operating departments in all financial matters. This includes the preparation of data on all past and planned future developments of the company, including specific developments in the operating departments.
Our Human Resources team supports all areas of the company throughout the entire employee employment cycle. From strategic personnel planning to recruiting, from onboarding to employee development, we support all departments in personnel matters. 
In the Legal department, we advise and support the management and specialist departments in all legal matters. 

Other functions

Our e.GO plants, R&D Center and Factory Store are located at our headquarters in Aachen Rothe-Erde. In our fully networked and state-of-the-art MicroFactory, we produce the e.GO Life, focusing on both the latest production approach of Industry 4.0 and sustainability. Our team in the R&D Center is researching and developing new ideas for the sustainable urban mobility of the future on a daily basis.
