Your main tasks
- Customer advice in the event of a breakdown or need for assistance
- Development of positive solutions for our customers
- Coordination of assistance activities as well as organisation of towing vehicle to the customer
- Technical clarification with the contact persons of the E.Go branch in Aachen
- Handling of telephone and mail traffic
- Processing of all administrative activities
- Preparation of statistics and reports
Your profile
- Vocational training and work experience in the automotive sector, preferably mechanic or service employee qualification. According to national criteria (North Macedonia)
- Professional experience in the helpdesk/call center area is required
- Basic automotive know-how, knowledge of e-cars, vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Fluent German and English, multilingualism (English, French, Spanish knowledge advantageous)
- Experience with helpdesk/call center, professional handling of customer complaints
- Good communication skills
- Basics incl. MS-Office, CRM systems, MS365, experience with (remote) diagnostic systems and guided troubleshooting of motor vehicles
