Your main tasks

  • Customer advice in the event of a breakdown or need for assistance
  • Development of positive solutions for our customers
  • Coordination of assistance activities as well as organisation of towing vehicle to the customer
  • Technical clarification with the contact persons of the E.Go branch in Aachen
  • Handling of telephone and mail traffic
  • Processing of all administrative activities
  • Preparation of statistics and reports

Your profile

  • Vocational training and work experience in the automotive sector, preferably mechanic or service employee qualification. According to national criteria (North Macedonia)
  • Professional experience in the helpdesk/call center area is required
  • Basic automotive know-how, knowledge of e-cars, vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Fluent German and English, multilingualism (English, French, Spanish knowledge advantageous)
  • Experience with helpdesk/call center, professional handling of customer complaints
  • Good communication skills 
  • Basics incl. MS-Office, CRM systems, MS365, experience with (remote) diagnostic systems and guided troubleshooting of motor vehicles
