Your main tasks

  • Market monitoring/support in the analysis of markets for the elimination of technical complaints and quality deviations on the products of e.GO Mobile SE
  • Preparation of regular reports and initiation of technical countermeasures, taking into account business parameters
  • Documentation of new solutions and publication in the workshop management system
  • Participation in the creation of technical training content
  • Ensuring vehicle quality
  • Evaluation of damage reports with regard to accident and fire damage
  • Supporting the processing (by telephone and in writing) of technical inquiries from service partners
  • Participation in ensuring the quality of press/marketing vehicles
  • Development of continuous improvement measures in technical support
  • Coordination with the Customer Care Center in legal cases
  • Administration and control of after-sales entries in the quality management system
  • Participation in quality meetings (internal)
  • Coordinating the flow of information with the Development, Production, Quality and Aftersales departments
  • Participation in the testing of workshop equipment and repair techniques
  • Diagnosis of problem vehicles in special cases that could not be solved by the service partners

Your profile

  • Technical training in the automotive field (master craftsman, state-certified technician or graduate engineer)
  • Confident handling of diagnostic and test equipment
  • Very good knowledge in recognizing and evaluating ECU parameters as well as very good knowledge of CAN technology
  • High-voltage training level 2, expert training for air conditioning systems, airbags and ECU diagnostics desirable
  • Communicative personality with a confident manner, training skills and good reasoning/implementation skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical support, customer service, product or warranty department of a company in the automotive industry or comparable experience in the automotive sector
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in commercial processes
  • Strong team and communication skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • High level of initiative and implementation skills as well as a dynamic and analytical approach to tasks
  • Organizational skills
  • Conceptual and structured way of working
  • Very good PC skills (MS Office, Internet, MS Outlook)
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • At least driving license class B
  • Willingness to travel required
