Expert Technical Support After Sales (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

  • Market observation/support in the analysis of the markets for the elimination of technical complaints and quality deviations in the products of Next.e.GO Mobile SE
  • Preparation of periodical reports and initiation of technical countermeasures taking into account business parameters
  • Documentation of new solutions and publication in the workshop management system
  • Collaboration in the creation of technical training content
  • Ensuring vehicle quality
  • Assessing damage reports with regard to accident and fire damage
  • Supporting the processing (by telephone and in writing) of technical enquiries from the service partners
  • Assisting in ensuring the quality of press / marketing vehicles
  • Developing continuous improvement measures in technical support
  • Coordination with the Customer Care Centre in legal cases
  • Administration and control of after sales entries in the quality management system
  • Participation in quality meetings (internal)
  • Coordination of the information flow between the development department and the After Sales department
  • Participation in the testing of workshop equipment and repair technologies
  • Diagnosis of problem vehicles in special cases that could not be solved by the service partners

Your profile

  • Technical training in the automotive sector (master craftsman, state-certified technician or graduate engineer)
  • Experience in commercial processes
  • Experience in project management
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical support, customer service, product or warranty department of a company in the automotive industry or comparable experience in the automotive sector
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
  • High level of initiative and implementation skills as well as a dynamic and analytical approach to tasks
  • Organisational skills
  • Conceptual and structured way of working
  • Very good PC skills (MS Office, Internet, MS Outlook)
  • Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
