Your main tasks

Responsible for the entire purchasing and supply chain area. Management and development of the direct and indirect purchasing department of the disposition, intra + inbound logistics, as well as SC planning and production planning/control
Team implementation and development (SCM and purchasing)
Planning and implementation of the e.GO supply chain and purchasing strategy in the supplier, delivery and inbound network based on global e.GO guidelines and processes
Development and implementation of optimal supply chain and purchase processes in the international supply network to ensure material availability
Supplier management and supplier development for the Supply Chain Management division in cooperation with Purchasing and Quality
Construction and implementation of planning projects with suppliers including project management and reporting
Optimisation of the supply & purchase chain through development and implementation of CIP measures in the logistics process and the supply network
Design and implementation of the necessary IT architecture for digital information exchange in the supply chain
Disciplinary and professional management of subordinate employees

Your profile

Successfully completed university studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, with a focus on production, procurement or supply chain anagement, At least 5 years of professional experience in an industrial company in the same position
Experience in leadership in matrix organisations
Strong understanding of processes, very good problem-solving and methodological skills, e.g. lean management, process analysis, process planning
Several years of professional experience in production, planning and organisation of supply chains and logistics processes
Strong communication skills, confident manner, assertiveness, intercultural skills
Independent, structured way of working, team spirit, flexibility
Initiative to improve existing processes
Ability to multitask, prioritise and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environmen
Very good Bulgarian and business fluent English skills
