Your main tasks

  • Independent processing of administrative HR tasks in coordination with the global HR team in Aachen, Germany
  • Coordination of the entire recruiting process (e.g. applicant correspondence and forwarding of application documents, making appointments, cooperation with personnel service providers)
  • Organization and preparation of job interviews
  • Implementation of all administrative HR tasks for new employees (contract preparation, confidentiality declarations, onboarding, etc.) as well as for existing employees in consultation with the responsible HR Business Partner
  • Central contact person in the office as well as on the phone for internal and external inquiries
  • Preparation of regular employee reviews and other HR appointments
  • Support and maintenance of HR tools and mailboxes
  • Creation and maintenance of HR-relevant reports and overviews

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship / training or comparable
  • First professional experience in the field of human resources or in a comparable area of responsibility
  • High level of commitment as well as sensitivity for handling confidential data
  • Strong communication and team skills
  • Independent, flexible and structured way of working
  • Excellent English skills and German language skills an advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
