Your main tasks
- Independent processing of administrative HR tasks in coordination with the global HR team in Aachen, Germany
- Coordination of the entire recruiting process (e.g. applicant correspondence and forwarding of application documents, making appointments, cooperation with personnel service providers)
- Organization and preparation of job interviews
- Implementation of all administrative HR tasks for new employees (contract preparation, confidentiality declarations, onboarding, etc.) as well as for existing employees in consultation with the responsible HR Business Partner
- Central contact person in the office as well as on the phone for internal and external inquiries
- Preparation of regular employee reviews and other HR appointments
- Support and maintenance of HR tools and mailboxes
- Creation and maintenance of HR-relevant reports and overviews
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship / training or comparable
- First professional experience in the field of human resources or in a comparable area of responsibility
- High level of commitment as well as sensitivity for handling confidential data
- Strong communication and team skills
- Independent, flexible and structured way of working
- Excellent English skills and German language skills an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
