  • Der neue e.GO Life wird als Elektroauto der Kleinwagenklasse in seinem finalen Design erstmalig auf der CeBIT Messe in Hannover präsentiert. e.GO wird den Life in seiner Industrie 4.0 Fabrik in Aachen Rothe Erde in Serie produzieren.

  • 2016
  • Die e.GO Mobile AG gründet gemeinsam mit industriellen Partnern die praxisnahe Forschungs- und Demonstrationsplattform – das European 4.0 Transformation Center – auf dem RWTH Aachen Campus. Die Robert Bosch GmbH und die e.GO Mobile AG unterzeichnen einen umfassenden Kooperationsvertrag über e-Mobility Services. Bosch GmbH ist bereits der Lieferant des 48-Volt-Antriebsstrangs und bietet sukzessive über den „Bosch Car Service“-Partner Serviceleistungen an.

  • 2015
  • Im April wird die e.GO Mobile als Aktiengesellschaft gegründet. Mit Hochdruck arbeitet das junge Team an zahlreichen, innovativen Ansätzen zur Realisation eines neuen Elektroautos. Internet of Production im Netzwerk und die Optimierung mit Hilfe des digitalen Schattens im Rahmen von Industrie 4.0 sorgt für schnelle Entwicklungsfortschritte.

    Das erste fahrende Chassis des e.GO Life wird erprobt.

  • 2014
  • Nach dem erfolgreichen Verkauf der StreetScooter GmbH mit ihrem auf den Kunden angepassten Elektrotransporter an die Deutsche Post DHL, sammelt das Team um Professor Schuh weiter wertvolle Erkenntnisse beim Bau eines Elektro PKWs.

    Die Idee zur Neugründung der e.GO Mobile AG, die nun die Entwicklung eines Elektro-Stadtautos für die Serienproduktion anstrebt, ist geboren.
